Dear First Class Care,
We just wanted to let you know that we are so happy to have went through your service.  We loved our babysitter Luca and she was great with our daughter.  Uncharacteristically, our baby wouldn''t sleep and threw up twice all over herself and the bed after we had left.  Luca cleaned her up and got her to sleep then called us to tell us she was doing fine.  We loved the follow up and her attitude was so positive and easygoing about it all--she just rolled with it and said she''d be happy to sit for us anytime.  We will definitely request her from now on.

A husband and wife team started the business to help families like themselves find good childcare options. Erin has a BA in Graphic Design from the University of Cincinnati - Design, Art, Architecture and Planning and has 5 years of Design and Marketing experience. Erin is on the INA (International Nanny Association) Board of Directors. As an agency owner and working mother with a nanny, Erin strives to educate families and domestic employees about best practices.

Steve Krex - President of First Class Care, Inc.
Steve moved to Chicago from New York in 1982 to trade stock options. He became a Market Maker / Trader and member of the Chicago Board Options Exchange. In 1987 Steve opened a retail computer store and was one of the first online mail order services. The business grew to have 21 employees. In 2007 Steve sold the computer business and began working full time at First Class Care, Inc.
