Dear First Class Care,
We just wanted to let you know that we are so happy to have went through your service.  We loved our babysitter Luca and she was great with our daughter.  Uncharacteristically, our baby wouldn''t sleep and threw up twice all over herself and the bed after we had left.  Luca cleaned her up and got her to sleep then called us to tell us she was doing fine.  We loved the follow up and her attitude was so positive and easygoing about it all--she just rolled with it and said she''d be happy to sit for us anytime.  We will definitely request her from now on.

Our trained and licensed employment counselors know how to screen care specialists to find the most qualified, loving, caring, fun and responsible individuals to care for you and your children. We know trusting someone with your children and your home is a tough thing to do and properly screening them is imperative. We also know you are busy with work and your families and that interviewing dozens of care specialists can be time consuming. We only send you the best matches to choose from, making the process easier.

Screening:
Our Care Specialists are the most qualified candidates in the field and are thoroughly checked. They must all go through a comprehensive interview with our licensed employment counselors and meet several requirements including but not limited to:
  • 18 years or older
  • 2 years of professional experience in field applying for
  • High School Graduate
  • Background checks: social security, driving records, criminal and sexual offender backgrounds (more can be done at the families request)
  • Doctors physical in the last 12 months
  • CPR / First Aid Training certificates verified
