First Class Care, Inc. specializes in finding nannies, newborn care specialists, babysitters, housekeepers, house managers, personal chefs and elder care for families in the Chicagoland area. A husband and wife team started the business to help families like themselves find good domestic household options. Erin and Steve Krex know from personal experience that finding the right care specialist is imperative to a happy household.

Erin Krex – President of First Class Care, Inc.
Erin is an active member of APNA (Association of Premier Nanny Agencies) and on the INA (lnternational Nanny Association) Board of Directors. Erin has been an award recipient of the Leading Mom's in Business 2 years in a row and also holds the title of 2010 APNA Agency of the Year winner. As an agency owner and working mother with domestic help, Erin frequently writes and speaks on subjects related to employee best practices for both families and employees. Erin is Bump Club Chicago's resident Childcare expert and provides classes to families about how to hire a nanny. |

Steve Krex - Vice President of First Class Care, Inc.
Steve moved to Chicago from New York in 1982 to trade stock options. He became a Market Maker / Trader and member of the Chicago Board Options Exchange. In 1987 Steve opened a retail computer store and was one of the first online mail order services. The business grew to have 21 employees. In 2007 Steve sold the computer business and began working full time at First Class Care, Inc.
